2008 Annual Meeting:

Each year Osborne Industries holds its annual meeting in August. This meeting serves to inform employee owners of the company financial statements. A year in review is also presented, including information on products, sales and marketing, plant and production upgrades. This meeting is also when stock certificates are distributed to vested employee owners. An overall future perspective is presented as well.
