| ECAC stands for ESOP Communication
& Advisory Committee. It is the
ECAC's responsibility to educate employee owners about the ESOP.
From time to time the ECAC is called upon for recommendations on ESOP
matters.
To help inform Osborne employee's about important ESOP matters, the
ECAC Committee maintains an ESOP information board. This
information board contains relevant ESOP articles, quarterly financial
statements, current Osborne events, and the minutes from every ECAC meeting. The ECAC also organizes the Annual Company ESOP meeting. |
