 Totally enclosed, thermally
protected auto- reset, heavy-duty motors with sealed prelubricated ball
bearing are the best U.S.A. made motors available. All variable speed
motors are dual voltage (120 and 240 VAC) and two-speed fans are 240 VAC.
Quiet-running polypropylene fan propellers with replacement
blades stay cleaner and are perfectly balanced.
The nickel plated motor mounts have a radial design for less
air restriction. The motor mount serves as the rear blade and
safety guard.
Osborne RTM-Glas™ fiberglass orifice housings are absolutely
rigid and will not warp or heat-sag like cheaper poly housings, even
after years of use. Agri-Aide housings maintain a perfect orifice
for the propeller. The hood is an impact resistant and
UV-protected plastic hood. FG fans are easy to clean and offer a
lifetime of service.
Durable gravity-closing "butterfly" shutters are standard
with fuse-coated epoxy corrosion barrier. They can be locked open
for summer ventilation with a stainless steel blade lock. The
vertical design has less resistance to airflow, even when coated with
dust.
